Once the next season of MRBC is announced I would recommend heading over to the Discord channel and look for advertising. There will be units looking for players.
The discord channel is linked on the left side of the MRBC site.

Another really important thing is being able to fill multiple roles and have a variety of comp capable mechs. If you come in with only four or five mechs total you are less likely to be able to help since the limits on duplicates will make it more difficult to place you. Go through some of the videos from last season and look at the mechs used and you will have a feel for what you should be training in and what roles you would be filling.

All of this is, of course, subject to change based on new available mechs, and changes to weapon systems and or game rules.

I hope this helps.

Team Name: Clan WidowMaker
Region: NA
The Problem:
Time zone issues. We have players on the west coast and early matches prevent them from participating. 9:00 Eastern doesn't give folks time to commute home.
How it affects your team: Causes scramble to fill roles in earlier matches while trying to hold the spot available in case they are delayed.
How would you change the rule:
Start times moved to 10:00 Eastern in 1/2 hour increments
10:00 10:30 11:00
This is also tough since us old folks need our sleep!

Problem:
API is great, but incorrectly reports command mech being alive in drop 3, I've been manually fixing that throughout the season.

Enjoyed the changes for this season. I was worried about strike spam again this season but it doesn't seem to be an issue in our Div. Due to "THE ISSUE" in one of our matches I think a little more specificity about player eligibility might be useful just to avoid potential confusion.

All things being said our Div was fun, all the teams were great to drop with, and the league was as engaged and exciting as always.

Added in Match ID on REPORTS tab. Good catch.
Screenshots, considering your results won't post until shots are uploaded I'm not sure how much functionality that would provide. If there are a consensus from the forums I'll add a column by default, otherwise please feel free to make column M on REPORTS your link location.

Season 10 Drop Sheet is up for development

How to use this sheet
1. Open the link, go to File and select "Make a copy"
2. Open the reference tab
3. If there are no mechs listed in A2 then click in A2 and allow the connection
4. Open the Pilots tab and fill in your roster
5. Have each pilot fill in their skill level for each weight class
6. Open reference tab
7. Column I rows 3 - 32 are used named mech builds. Examples: Skirmisher, Gauss, Harasser. These are specific for your unit.

Filling out the sheet during drops for each week
Fill in each pilot and which mech they will bring (checks for duplicates)
Fill in each persons Kills, Assists and Damage from screen cap
Enter any enemy mechs destroyed out of combat (overheating, oob, friendly fire) (calculates mechs killed for points)
Select if your team had a Win or Loss (calculates win rewards)
At the end of each match, copy the match number and paste it in to the drop on the REPORTS tab.
At the end of the night go to the REPORTS tab and enter if you uploaded all 5 videos.
Upload all of your screen caps to the MRBC site and use the drop numbers to fill in your drop information.

NOTES:
1.This sheet references 2 other sheets and you may need to grant permission to access them
2. Fixtures will automatically update once they are posted (and I update the reference sheet) I will post here when that happens.
3. Once fixtures are input go to the Pilots tab and select your division and team
4. Maps will automatically populate once fixtures are updated, and your team is selected
5. If you fill out the weekly sheets from your screen caps then you can use the reports tab to help you fill out your match report, you will also be able to look at pilot statistics
6. Column J-0 are the only cells needing manual entry on the REPORTS tab. Please do not change other cells or the calculations will be off.

The screen grabs are not which is prone to artifacts. Then some of the uploaded caps are super low quality and heard to even read. Major props to QueenBlade for being this diligent on the stats primarily solo with some help from me in the last couple of weeks. Colossal effort on his part.

Just some numbers to put the effort into context.

Each match (5 drops) has 1200 cells of information.
16 rows per drop (80 rows total), 15 columns of data. One column populates itself based on team choice. 5 columns follow a formula easy to input (but still takes time), 7 columns are raw data input reading off of submitted screenshots. Low quality screenshots make this much more difficult.

Takes 30 - 50 minutes per match to input data.

9 weeks * 4 matches * 6 divs for NA = around 144 hours estimated hours of effort of raw data input for NA, not including time to develop the sheets, then a mid season team effort to simplify and speed up (down to 30 - 45 minutes per match) the process.

It is a lot of commitment outside of regular game playing time.

Hopefully next season we can get some volunteer to help with the data input and we can provide stats for all Divs! This is a great league and I'm glad I was able to hop on board and help QueenBlade out with the data input and speed up the process a little.

We can barely handle keeping up with the NA stats. I don't know how Queenblade found the time to do all of NA by himself!

I don't hate it like so many others I'd be willing to try to get an 8 man together for testing to make sure that it is a balanced. I love fun things!
