Just realized that that the link to the document was missing.
I've added that to the original post.

OK, I've added the following chassis
- Viper
- Huntsman
- Riflemann
- Archer
- Linebacker
- Night Gyr
- Cyclops

excluding the hero of course. If you had downloaded a copy of the sheet it should be updated now.

Here is the Season 9 Dropsheet

This connects to two other sheets that have reference data.

How to use this sheet
1. Open the link, go to File and select "Make a copy"
2. Open the reference tab
3. If there are no mechs listed in A2 then click in A2 and allow the connection
4. Open the Pilots tab and fill in your roster
5. Have each pilot fill in their skill level for each weight class (season 10 will use this)
6. Open reference tab
7. Column I rows 3 - 32 are used named mech builds. IE Skirmisher, Gauss, Harasser

Filling out the sheet during drops for each week
Fill in each pilot and which mech they will bring (checks for duplicates)
Fill in each persons Kills, Assists and Damage from screen cap
Enter any enemy mechs destroyed out of combat (overheating, oob, friendly fire) (calculates mechs killed for points)
Select if your team had a Win or Loss (calculates win rewards)
At the end of the night go to the reports tab and enter how many videos you upload
Upload all of your screen caps to the MRBC site and use the reports tab to help you fill in the match report.

NOTES:
1.This sheet references 2 other sheets and you may need to grant permission to access them
2. Fixtures will automatically update once they are posted (and I update the reference sheet) I will post here when that happens.
3. Once fixtures are input go to the Pilots tab and select your division and team
4. Maps will automatically populate once fixtures are updated, and your team is selected
5. If you fill out the weekly sheets from your screen caps then you can use the reports tab to help you fill out your match report, you will also be able to look at pilot statistics
6. Column J is the only manual entry needed on the REPORTS tab. Please do not change other cells or the calculations will be off.

I will update this post as needed. Please contact me if you need help setting up the sheet for your team or if you have feedback/bug fixes.

The problem I have with limited rosters is for smaller units, especially turnover can destroy your team and people having to forfeit or drop out because people leave unit, or stop playing is really painful, especially if you have other pilots in the wings who could play.

There are still some drops left for the season. I believe the last drop is scheduled on the 22nd.

Greetings mechwarriors.

I'm working on next season's dropship organizer trying to make sure there aren't as many bugs as there were last season. Some major changes to the new system include a back end that allows updating mechs more easily, adding in teams and divisions which should allow teams to pick their division and team from the pilot tab and that will fill out their map rotations. I'm still working on that last part. If you would like to help me with testing or development please send me a PM and I will send you a link to the dev sheet.

Could be handled with a seeding week.
I know that some teams want to do something other than regular drops and enjoy a level of comp play but would absolutely hate having to fight anyone Div D or higher. Casual comp is a niche that needs to be serviced and I think the admins for MRBC have been doing a good job helping the community.

I'd honestly love for PGI to add in some sort of supported league lobby for some of the more well known leagues to facilitate them but I reach for the stars there.

It is hard to balance improvement vs enjoyment but getting royal beat downs every week is discouraging for small units, new units, or guys trying to have fun doing something different. Hats off to MRBC for providing a comp that includes everyone .

Queen, your proposal does give more opportunities for more matches against a wider skill grouping. I think a lot of thought went in to your post and I appreciate you looking for a way to improve MRBC. I know that certain teams are regulars, however there is a lot of shake up between seasons, especially in the lower Divs when some teams realize the commitment and effort needed to complete a season, or when real life strikes and players go missing. Perhaps there could be some sort of Opt In combat at the end of the season with some sort of handicap for large skill gaps.
